Pedro Marino wins race in Italy and
Conan D'Jok Trio wins the Best Condition

Another Brazilian achievement in Europe, this time at the Campionato Italiano MiPAAF 7 Anni Open, Trofeo Equestrian Center - ASD Generali Endurance, held in Arezzo, Italy, on November 19 and 20, 2022.

Pedro Stefani Marino, owner of Haras Bom Viver, dominated the four stages of the FEI CEI2* 120 km race with Conan D’Jok Trio and finished first, completing the course with an average speed of 19.69 km/h.

In addition to winning the race, Marino also won the Best Condition award with his animal, Conan D´Jok Trio (*D'Jok Py x RT Crysti by Nawwak NA), an eight-year-old purebred Arabian, bred by Renato Salvador by Haras Trio.

“Whenever I ride a horse, I go in to win. I drop in front and go to the end. And that's how I've been getting my results”, says Marino. “I have a lot of experience, so I know how to get the horse to gallop at speed and at the same time be happy. It is a very interesting synergy, which is even difficult to explain”.

The Brazilian endurance rider also says that his racing partner, Conan D’Jok Trio, is a very good horse to drive and has a lot of desire to ride.

“Brazilian endurance horse breeding is made up of excellent animals, the result of decades of breeding and evolution, such as Haras Trio, Haras Endurance, Rach Stud, Haras Bom Viver and Arabian Horse SBV. Of just bred with increasingly approved and correct sires and dams. So, the result could not be different”.

Pedro Stefani Marino's goal is to be part of the Brazilian team at the FEI Endurance World Equestrian Championship, which will take place between February 20th and 26th at Boudheib International Endurance Village (BIEV), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He has two pre-selected animals: Quênia do Bom Viver (*El Pasha D’Ayres x Galiana de Floripa by AF Galiani) and *Al Saida Larzac (Said Lotois x Babilonia by Persik).
